Envirosips were awarded phase one of the remediation of City Lofts on Salford Quays. This involves the removal of combustible ACM cladding and PIR insulation which forms the roof top perimeter detail. Timber framework that forms terrace sun-screening is also being replaced.
All replacement materials are A1/A2 compliant including mineral wool insulation, cavity fire barriers and fire stops, a 3mm aluminium hook on cassette system and CS airfoil Breise Soleil.
Works were completed in 2021.
